We booked Art of Cleaning Pte Ltd for office carpet cleaning and had an excellent experience. From the start, Jimmy was very responsive and prompt with communication.
On the scheduled Saturday morning, Vish and his team of three arrived right on time.
They were professional, friendly, and even helped us move some furniture and boxes before starting the cleaning.
All the stains on our heavily used office carpet were removed without a trace, and the whole place was left with a fresh, pleasant fragrance.
The job was completed in just about an hour, and they thoughtfully shifted all the furniture back after finishing.
Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and will definitely engage them again in the future. Highly recommended!

1) Goods or services sold are not refundable.
2) Prices are subjected to alteration without prior notice.
3) Deposits paid are not refundable or exchangeable upon cancellation.
4) A monthly interest of 3% shall be levied on overdue accounts.
5) Client should ensure that the servicing area is free from home décor blockage, we shall not be liable for any damages/costs incurred.
6) Our liability of loss or damage if any shall not exceed this invoice amount and claims with supporting evidences must be made within one week from
service date.
7) We shall not be liable for any shrinkage in size of carpet, carpet texture and colours fading due to unforeseen circumstances.
8) Please note that not all stubborn stains and spots can be removed thoroughly.
9) Please inform us within 24 hours should there be any concerns with regards to our services.
10) Warranty shall be void if third party vendor(s) is/are engaged.
11) We may impose additional charges after assessment should there be additional areas or the conditions of the carpet or upholstery if deemed to be different from the information provided by the customer.
12) Kindly note that package price and discount is only applicable if you select all items in the quotation.
13) Rates does not include labour for shifting items/furnitures within the office, we will be cleaning the carpet around your office furnitures/fittings.
